A
deposit of 25% of the total is required
with your booking. A telephone booking will be held
for 7 days only. |

Bookings
made less than 2 weeks from the arrival date require
full payment with the booking form. |
| 3. |
Bookings
start from 4pm on the day of arrival and end at 11am
on the day of departure. Please ask about variations
to this condition , and we will endeavour to be flexible.

Bookings
can only be accepted if there are places available.
Confirmation and acknowledgement will be sent at once.
If there are no places the deposit will be returned.

| 5. |
Upon acceptance
of a booking a legally binding contract is formed. The
deposit cannot be refunded in any circumstances. |
| 6. |
The balance
of the fee must be paid on arrival, |
| 7. |
A penalty
of 10% per month will be added to any outstanding fee.

| 8. |
Applicants
will be liable for two thirds of the stated fee if less
than 4 weeks notice of cancellation is given |
| 9. |
The signing
of this form signifies a willingness to comply with
any rules which the Head and staff may make in the interests
of safety or the well-being of others. Any damage to
property or fittings will have to be paid for and the
group leader accepts responsibility for leaving the
centre clean and tidy. |

Neither
the Head of the DARTMOOR EXPEDITION CENTRE nor its employees
are under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal
injury or loss which the applicant or members of the
group or visitors may sustain while using the centre.

People using
the centre are advised to take out their own insurance
cover for personal loss or injury.
